It’s hard to believe the holidays are already fast approaching, but here we are in November.

That means that many special holiday events are coming up, and we want to make sure we have as many of them as possible in the Yorktown Independent.

As a community newspaper, we pride ourselves on covering all of the great things going on in the community. We hope that if your church, charity or civic organization is having a special holiday event, you will send us the details.

We will work as many of these events as possible into the event calendar, and we would love to have your photo submissions after the events as well.
